Frequently asked questions

How many hashtags should I use?

There is no single correct number. Instagram posts often use five to fifteen relevant tags, while X and LinkedIn work better with one to five focused tags.

Are broad or niche hashtags better?

Use both. Broad tags give discovery, niche tags give relevance. A set of only broad tags is competitive and often reaches people who do not engage.

How long should a caption be?

Match the length to the post. A photo can carry one or two lines, while a story, lesson, or announcement can carry several short paragraphs.

Should I use the caption exactly as generated?

Edit it first. Add a real detail, a name, or a question from your own experience so the caption sounds like you.

How long should a bio be?

Keep it to two or three short lines. Most platforms limit bios, and visitors decide in seconds whether to follow.

Should a bio list every skill?

No. List the role and the benefit for the reader, not a full resume. Details belong in posts, a website, or a link page.

How do I avoid repeating the same ideas?

Change the format, not just the topic. Turn a tip into a short video, a checklist, a mistake story, or a question, and the same topic feels new.

How many ideas should I post each week?

Three to five quality posts beat daily filler. Consistency matters more than volume, especially for small accounts.

What is the X character limit?

As a reference, a standard X post is 280 characters. Longer posts may be available with paid options, so check the current X help center.

What is the Instagram caption limit?

As a reference, an Instagram caption is 2,200 characters and a bio is 150 characters. Check the current Instagram help center for updates.

Where is my planner saved?
