Guides

These guides explain each tool in plain language, show a worked example, and point out the most common mistakes to avoid. Every tool is free, works in your browser, and needs no account.

Hashtag Generator

Use about five to fifteen relevant hashtags on Instagram, and fewer, more focused tags on X and LinkedIn. Broad tags such as #Fitness are competitive, niche tags such as #BeginnerHomeWorkout reach a smaller but more interested audience, and a branded tag helps your own followers find your series. Avoid banned, misleading, or unrelated tags: they hurt trust and can limit distribution.

Caption Generator

Short captions work for a striking photo, while longer captions work when you have a story, a lesson, or a question. End with one clear action, such as asking a question, inviting a comment, or pointing to a link. For example, a baking caption can end with: What should I bake next — chocolate cake or lemon bars? That question is easier to answer than a generic comment below.

Bio Generator

A strong bio pattern is: role plus audience plus proof or offer. For example: Helping busy parents cook dinner in 30 minutes | New recipes every Tuesday. Avoid listing every interest you have; three is enough, and the first line should be understandable to a stranger in three seconds. Check character limits on the character counter tool before you save a bio.

Post Ideas Generator

A healthy week mixes education, proof, personality, and interaction. Education teaches one useful thing, proof shows a real result, personality shows the person behind the account, and interaction asks the audience a question. If every post is a sale, followers tune out. If every post is a tip, followers never learn what you offer. Aim for one idea from each type each week.

Character Counter

For X, a post is commonly limited to 280 characters. An Instagram caption is commonly limited to 2,200 characters, while an Instagram bio is commonly limited to 150 characters. A LinkedIn post is commonly limited to 3,000 characters. Counting before you post saves the frustration of trimming a finished caption at the last minute, and it helps you write tighter first lines, which are what readers actually see.

Content Planner

Plan one post type per day rather than five posts on Monday and none the rest of the week. A simple week could be: Monday, a tip on Instagram; Wednesday, a behind-the-scenes post on TikTok or Reels; Friday, a question for your audience on X. Review the week on Sunday, move any post you missed, and do not carry more than one missed post forward — otherwise the plan becomes a backlog.
